The following dog on this day of , has been sold to the person or persons listed above as purchaser and are free of any liens or incumbencies as a result of stud fee, veterinary fees, etc... accept stated below in Addtional terms.

Additional Terms:
1) The Buyer agrees to provide a life long commitment, comfortable enviroment, prompt medical attention, proper grooming and responsible care. This inludes keeping the puppy parasite free, up to date on vaccines, and proper nutrition.
2) The Seller guarantees the puppy to be sound in health and temperament at the time of the sale. A health record will be provided by the seller. The Buyer agrees to take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian of his choice within 1 week for a check-up.
3) The Seller guarantees the puppy aganist fatal viruses for 72 hours. These include Distemper, Parvo, and Corona. The puppy is guaranteed until 1 year of age congential and genetic disease which adversely affects the health of the puppy.
4) The Seller must be notified of the problem within 2 days of the licensed veterinarin's determination and have 2 reports from 2 different veterinarins stating the same problem and the Seller will provide a replacement puppy of equal value. The Seller is not responsible for any of the vet bills.
5) If at anytime the Buyer can no longer keep the puppy. The Seller is to be notified and given first option of resuming full ownership of puppy in order for the Seller to locate this puppy a new home. Refunds, if any, will be at discretion of the Breeder/Seller. The puppy will be returned with all AKC papers (if applicable) and medical records. Under no circumstances will this puppy be sold, leased, traded, or given away to pet shops, research labratory, or animal shelters.
6) It is understood by the time of the sale that the puppy is pet only with no breeding rights.
This agreement is made for your mutual benefit to protect the Buyer as well as the Seller.
